Guarantee Policy All Footprint products are manufactured following strict quality guidlines and to the relevant British Standard where applicable. As such they are guaranteed for life against faulty material or manufacture. Should you be disatisfied with your Footprint tool then we shall endeavour to solve the problem for you or replace the tool Free Of Charge. This does not cover either the misuse of tools or their fair wear and tear which will not result in a replacement Terms and Conditions of Sale Minimum Order Value Ł50 at list price. Orders below this carry a surcharge of Ł10.00. Carriage Paid Delivery We are not to be held responsible for damages, or delay in delivery due to material or labour shortages, strikes, lockouts, transport difficulties or any other circumstance beyond our control.
